Nuebase started as the internal system for a multi-program tech education company. Every feature exists because a real cohort business needed it: outreach that stays personal at scale, sessions that run themselves, and payment recovery that does not annoy good customers.

We are opening it up to other operators who run programs, cohorts and workshops and are tired of stitching four tools together. It is vertical on purpose. We would rather be the best system for cohort businesses than a generic CRM for everyone.
